Our Staff
At Country View Estates we pride ourself on our dedicated, compassionate , caring staff we have hand selected to be a part of our great family oriented team here. We are proud of the high quality of care and services we provide in our facility. It continues to be our beleif that the quality of care and services we provide must come from our hearts, which is not very difficult to do when our residents our are neightbors, our friends, and our relatives. Our appproach to caring for the older person is based on a simple principle that self-esteem, dignity and companionship are essential to maintaining an individual's quality of life. To achieve this goal we provide every resident with the assistance necessary to live as independently as possible. By making there life a little easier, we hope to make it more fulfilling. We provide 24 hour care seven days a week. With alarmed locked doors after 10pm for the safety and security of our residents.
All staff are CPR Certified and first Aid and AED certified.
